Researchers who want to utilize the CPCSSN Secure Research Environment without CPCSSN data will need to submit a CPCSSN SRE Request (CSR) outlining their proposed research and required documentation. To submit a CPCSSN SRE Request fill out the form below and upload the required documents. Before submitting a CSR, ensure all documents are completed and review the access fee chart below. After receiving your request, CPCSSN administration will review your request and will contact you with your approval and next steps or a request for additional information.
